Eggplant Parmesan with Pasta

Four pieces of farm fresh eggplant with Italian seasonings, breaded with our homemade seasoned bread crumbs, fried then and topped with our homemade marinara sauce, fresh shredded mozzarella cheese then baked until the cheese is melted. Served with imported spaghetti and our homemade marinara sauce.
